The Falling Splash

These images are a product of my latest assignment for my advertising class. We had to illustrate a cold beverage and I decided to photograph this in fun way. I wanted the actual beverage to be pouring beside the glass not in it. I tried many different variations of this idea. On my last shot of this shoot, I decided to pour the beverage in the glass and see what I could get. These two photographs are a product of a little experimentation and a little fun in the studio. Both were shot with a Canon 5D MkII.

Solitary Silhouette

One Light, one model, one background, and ten minutes to do whatever we wanted. This was one assignment for my advertising class. I decided to do something a little different, and thanks to Jessica for letting me experiment.

Back to My Roots

I am currently working on a photography project where I am shooting as many different people as I can, all on black and white 120 film. This is an extensive project that will last several weeks. This image is a product of one of my shoots. This is my grandmother and normally she asks, "Is my face going to be in it?"with any photos I take of her, but she came by and I took this quick shot. So a big THANK YOU goes to Nanny my grandmother for always supporting me and allowing me to photograph her any time. This image was photographed with a Bronica ETRSi with Kodak Tmax100 film. I just can't stay away from film.
